It is a condition of our Trading Charter that customers must take out adequate travel insurance cover prior to travel, in order to cover these travel arrangements.

We strongly advise all our customers to take out travel insurance to cover medical and repatriation costs, personal injury, loss of baggage and cancellation charges. It is  compulsory for our tours within the United Kingdom and those operating outside the United Kingdom. If you do not have adequate insurance and require our assistance whilst on holiday, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any medical repatriation or other expenses which we incur on your behalf which would otherwise have been met by insurers.

We are finding that more and more people are taking out annual travel insurance plans or using insurance policies provided by their banks.

Please note, that due to a decline in insurance sales and the increased cost of regulation to be able to sell travel insurance, we no longer sell travel insurance.

There are many policies out there to suit a variety of budgets and requirements, so we would advise you to research these carefully. It is also a condition of our COVID-19 Supplementary Trading Charter that you hold an insurance policy that covers you for COVID related issues.
