Joining Your Tour

We offer convenient local departure points for joining your tour and these can be found on the indivial tour product page and booking form for a specific tour.

All departure points are tour specific and, therefore, may vary from tour to tour. It is therefore VERY IMPORTANT you check the individual tour booking form prior to booking.

In most cases, you will join your tour coach direct, however, on some tours it may be necessary to operate a feeder vehicle. This generally only happens if we have a large area to cover or a private group is joining the tour. By doing this, we are able to reduce journey times for clients.

FEEDER VEHICLES - Very occassionally, we operate a feeder coach on some Southbound tours to Lymm Services where you join the tour coach. This is in order to reduce your journey time. Please also note, we do note allocate seat numbers on feeder vehicles.

If there is the possibility of us operating a feeder vehicle from some departure points, we try to highlight this on the booking form. A final decision is usually taken 10-14 days prior to travel and you will be notified on your travel documents and travel ticket.

AVAILABILITY OF DEPARTURE POINTS - Not all departure points are available for all tours and you should consult the individual tour booking form at time of booking to see whether your chosen departure point is available. You are responsible for ensuring that you are at the correct departure point at the correct time and we cannot be held liable for any loss or expense suffered by you or your party because of late arrival at the departure point. Return times are generally mid to late evening. Please note that these times are only estimated times and you MUST refer to your final travel documents for the precise departure and return times.

REQUESTS FOR SPECIAL JOINING/DROP OFF POINTS - We would like to take this opportunity to advise all passengers that for insurance and legal reasons (Road Traffic Act 1988) we only pickup and set down from the authorised TML Travel Group joining points, as set out on the booking form for the tour. Our Tour Managers and drivers are under specific written instructions to adhere to this policy and not to pickup/set down at other points along the coach feeder route. We would kindly ask all passengers to respect this policy.

FLEXIBLE ROUTEING - TML Travel Group operates a policy of flexible routeing. This means that in order to reduce the amount of time you spend on the coach & more time at your destination, we may reduce the number of departure points operating on a tour closer to the actual departure date. This is usually done 14 days prior to departure, so the closer you book to the departure date may mean your chosen departure point is no longer available. As a result, some departure times may have been revised. PLEASE CHECK YOUR TRAVEL TICKET PRIOR TO TRAVEL.
