All our tours are accompanied by one of our own and highly experienced Tour Managers, so whether you're on a day excursion or overnight break, sit back relax and know that you are in safe hands and everything is being taken care of.
Your Tour Manager is on hand to look after you throughout and make sure your get the most from your travelling experience with us.
Please Note - Our Tour Managers are not guides, they are there to manage tour operations and look after your general wellbeing to ensure you get the most from your travelling experience. On tours where we feel there is a benefit guides will by employed and this will be advised on the tour product sheet for a given tour.
During your journey your Tour Manager will offer you a selection of complimentary drinks and light onboard refreshments. Our hot drinks range includes (subject to availability) - Typhoo/PG Tips Tea, Nescafe Coffee, Cadburys Hot Chocolate, Nescafe Cappuccino, Nescafe Latte and occassionally a selection of Soups (November-March Departures). We also carry a supply of chilled bottled still mineral water.
Our onboard refreshments include such items as - shortbread fingers, Scottish Biscuits and muffins, all of which are subject to availability and may vary on the day of departure. We are constantly keen to improve and update what we offer, so selections may vary from that stated here.
Please Note - For health and safety reasons and in line with company policy, the complimentary onboard refreshments service is available on both the outward/return journeys during the motorway/primary 'A' road section of your journey and is operated at the discretion of the Tour Manager.
On selected Country Club Weekend departures, we are introducing a new continental style breakfast on selected departures in conjunction with "Chef In A Box"- please consult individual tour product sheets for further information.
